There are three folders contained herein.

Human-papilloma contains 50 human papilloma DNA sequences in standard EMBL format. 
Of these sequences, 46 are complete genomes, while 4 contain only the E6 region of the virion. 
This fact is reflected in the locus and filename of these 4 sequences by an appended "E6" to the 
name.

Animal-papilloma contains 11 animal papilloma DNA sequences in standard EMBL format 9 of which 
are complete genomes. The other 2 are partial as indicated by the appended "p" on the file names.

Cellular-proteins contains EMBL-format nucleotide sequences of 36 cellular factors which interact 
directly or indirectly with papilloma virus proteins. As a result of these interactions the 
regulation of other cell proteins may be altered. This process may be involved in tumorogenesis.
